MyApexConnect offers two separate, optional SMS choices: informational and transactional messages, and marketing and promotional messages. Both checkboxes are unchecked by default and neither is required. Submitting a phone number alone does not authorize SMS. Consent to one category does not authorize the other. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except aggregators and service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support our SMS communications. These providers may not use this information for their own marketing.

For non-SMS information, we may use service providers for website hosting, customer support and business operations, or disclose information as required by law. These general provisions do not authorize the sale or marketing sharing of mobile information or SMS consent.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to support website functionality, preferences and security. Our hosting and service providers may process technical request data to operate the site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may affect some features. Cookie or tracking permissions are separate from SMS consent. We do not treat browsing activity or accepting cookies as permission to send SMS, and we do not share SMS consent or mobile information for advertising or affiliate marketing.

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance. When you submit a form, hashed contact details such as your email, phone and name may be shared with Meta for that purpose.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. We retain information as needed to provide services, document consent and opt-out requests, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing tahj@myapexconnect.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain limited records required by law or to honor opt-outs. You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.

Our SMS program is intended only for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect SMS opt-ins from children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.

We will post revisions here and update the date above. A policy change does not expand your SMS consent to a different message category.
