SMS Terms of Service

MyApexConnect sends messages only for categories you select:

• Informational and transactional: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, requested inquiry follow-ups and service updates.
• Marketing and promotional: creator opportunities, promotional offers, announcements and marketing updates.

Messages may be recurring and sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

To opt in, visit our SMS Opt-In page, enter your details and choose the message categories you want. Informational/transactional consent and marketing/promotional consent are collected with two separate checkboxes, both unchecked by default and neither required. Consent to one category is not consent to the other. Providing a mobile number or submitting the form without selecting either box does not authorize SMS.

Both consent choices are optional. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. By selecting a category, you authorize MyApexConnect to send that category of SMS to the number you provide.

Message frequency varies based on your selected categories, requests, interactions and current opportunities.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's rates and terms apply; contact your carrier for details.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive a single confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in using the separate choices on our form. Contact us if your phone number changes or is reassigned.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except aggregators and service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support our SMS communications. These providers may not use this information for their own marketing.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and network availability. This SMS program is restricted to users 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Revisions will be posted here with an updated date. Changes do not expand the categories covered by your consent, and you may opt out at any time.
