MyApexConnect is the website and SMS program for Apex Connect, the creator management arm operated by Apex Growth Partners LLC. These terms cover use of the website and submitting an application or campaign request.

2. Applications Do Not Guarantee Anything
Submitting a creator application or a business campaign request does not guarantee acceptance, a campaign, a creator match, a placement or any assignment. My Apex Connect reviews each submission and decides matches based on fit and availability.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Campaign results, reach, views and engagement vary and are not guaranteed. Any future metrics shown in a dashboard reflect actual data only. We do not fabricate or estimate performance.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
